Why isn’t my microphone producing sound?

  1. Please confirm your receiver and microphone are powered on.
  2. Ensure both ends of the connection are secure.
  3. Please confirm the outlet has power. *see how do I confirm an outlet has power?
  4. Please ensure the microphone and receiver are set to the same channel.
  5. Try changing the channel (on both the receiver and the microphone).
  6. Try using the microphone closer to the receiver.
  7. Try changing out the batteries for new ones.
