Why is my music cutting in and out?

  1. Ensure both ends of the connection (between the amplifier and source device) are secure.
  2. Plug an alternate source device, such as your phone, into the audio jack to test the speakers.
  3. Power cycle your source device.  *See how do I power cycle my device?
  4. Confirm the source device has proper audio by listening with a pair of headphones.
