Why don’t I have sound?

  1. Please confirm the amplifier/mixer is powered on.  If not, please confirm the outlet has power.
  2. Please confirm the source device is powered on.  If not, please confirm the outlet has power.
  3. Ensure the amplifier/mixer volume is not muted or low.
  4. Ensure the source volume is not muted or low.
  5. Confirm the mixer/amplifier is showing a signal.  *see how can I check the amplifier signal? 
  6. Test the speakers by connecting an alternate source device (a phone or laptop) to the audio input.
  7. Locate the cable connection, replace with an alternate cable and retry.
