- Try to open the door with an alternate access card or fob.
- Try to open another door with your access card or fob.
- Verify if your scan is registering on the server event log.
- Verify if you can hear the door lock activate or not.
Note: Sometimes, as we go through the seasons, the alignment of the door lock may shift. In the event that this may happen, you may try to pull/push on the door to shift it back into place.
