Why does my device keep powering down?

  1. Try plugging your device into an alternate outlet.
  2. Check to see if any lights on are on and/or flashing.  Take note of any patterns you may notice (if any).  Refer to user manual or report your findings in the service request.
  3. Take note of when the device shuts down (immediately or after some time).
