Why do I have audio but no video?

  1. Ensure both ends of the connections (between the display and source device) are secure.
  2. Please confirm your display is set to the correct input.
  3. If possible, try connecting an alternate source device to your display.
  4. Power cycle your display.  *See how do I power cycle my device?
  5. If possible, power cycle the source device.  *See what devices cannot be power cycled?
