How do I proceed after a power outage?

If you have experienced an outage and your equipment has not powered back up, please try:

  1. A soft power cycle of your system.  Power down as you normally would, wait ~30 seconds, then power the system back up. *how do I do a soft power cycle?
  2. Confirm your UPS (power distribution) is powered on.
  3. Check the breakers in your building.
