How do I access our cameras from my mobile device?

Download the app “MVS Lite” (pictured below) from your AppStore or Playstore.

If you have a newer system, you can save it using P2P.

If you have an older system, you can save it via entering the WAN IP and ports (further down).

P2P and QR scanning

1. Open the app to the Home Screen.
2. Hit the Device button to go to Device Manager.
3. Hit the “+” button on the top right and select “SN/Scan”
4. Use the scanner to scan the QR code on your NVR or hit “Manually enter SN”
5. Hit Next
6. Name as you see fit.
7. Enter your username and password, and hit the save icon.
8. The next screen will load the live feeds of your cameras.

WAN IP and Ports

1. Add a Device under “IP/Domain” option.
2. Name as you see fit.
3. Enter your WAN IP address.
4. Port 4000
5. Your username and password.
6. Leave live preview and playback on “extra”.
7. If you have a second NVR, repeat the steps above, this time using Port 4001.

Note: You can identify your WAN IP by searching “what is my ip” on google or by visiting  “www.whatismyip.com” from the on site computer.
