Download the Multisite Viewer (CMS) from Watchnet for either Windows or Mac. (pictured below)

Extract the ZIP archive, run the EXE file and install the program with all options checked.
If you are unable to do this, you will need to contact your company’s IT or support department to have it done.
Once finished, Open “WatchNET Multisite Manager”
You will be required to set a password for the server/application running on your computer.
Make sure to record this and your security questions.
Once the program opens, Click “Devices” tab, and “+ Add” button.
- Name it as you see fit.
- Select the method to add.
If you have a newer system, you can save it using P2P.
If you have an older system, you can save it via entering the WAN IP and ports (further down).
P2P
- Select “SN(For device supporting P2P)”
- Select “WNP2P1”
- Enter your Serial Number from the NVR.
- Enter your username and password, and hit save.
- You can now view your NVR under “Live View” or “Playback”
IP/Domain
- Select “IP/Domain”
- Enter your WAN IP address.
- Port 4000
- Enter your username and password, and hit save.
- If you have a second NVR, repeat the steps above, this time using Port 4001.
- You can now view your NVR under “Live View” or “Playback”
Note: You can identify your WAN IP by searching “what is my ip” on google or by visiting “www.whatismyip.com” from the on site computer.
