We’re searching for an Accounting Administrator and while we can’t promise it will be easy, we do promise it will be worth it! You get to:

~ Be in a role that is well supported but also lets you utilize your creativity.

~ Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports.

~ Document financial transactions by entering account information.

~ Foster amazing relationships with some really great people both internally and externally

~ Maintain accurate records and data

And – we’d love if you’re really good at the below as well:

~ Maintaining precise records of all incoming and outgoing payments.

~ Preparing and sending invoices to clients.

~ Contacting clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.

~ Preparing and sending remittances to vendors and suppliers.

~ Reconciling any irregularities in receipts.

~ Communicating, both written and verbally.

~ Focusing on data and staying organized

~ Customer-orientated.

So what do you need to do all of this? How about…

~ 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience preferred, specifically with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks.

~ Accounting and Payroll knowledge and experience

~ Familiarity with Corporate Finance and Reporting Skills

~ Understand, learn, investigate, and implement, Provincial and Federal accounting rules

~ Proficiency with Office 365, MS Teams etc

~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

~ Must be located in the Winnipeg area.

~ A valid driver’s license

~ Must pass a criminal background check

~ Legally permitted to work in Canada
