Sales & Marketing Manager
As President (and the namesake) of Hillman AV, Jarrod is our in-house visionary and believes in the importance of working as a team to make our partners’ dreams a reality. He spearheads efforts for staying on top of industry trends, focuses on developing the organizational culture and workflow with our larger partners, and empowers the growth and development of the Hillman AV team. Jarrod has received industry recognition from Commercial Integrator as one of the “Top 40 Influencers under 40” and Systems Contractor News as “SCN’s The Nine.” He isn’t afraid to admit that he hates Canadian winters (gasp) and if he looks familiar, you may recognize him from the time he served as an extra in the film Passchendaele.

After spending 15 years in the energy sector, Chelsea has led the development processes and procedures that ensure the continued success of Hillman AV. With her ability to problem solve through creative and strategic solutions, she ensures that our leadership functions as a team, all moving towards a unified vision, and that we take care of the people we work with. When not at work, Chelsea enjoys exploring the province of Manitoba, playing games with her kids, and reading.
Projects and Delivery Manager
Rhiannon leads Hillman AV’s Projects and Delivery department, ensuring our team of designers, programmers, and technicians stay on track with all client schedules and deadlines. She dedicates herself to the development and growth of her team members, believing that when everyone is at their best, the team will succeed. When not working closely with our clients, Rhiannon is an aspiring author and illustrator and can be found at home with her family enjoying a good book and a cup of coffee.
Administrative Assistant
Kellie is excited to join Hillman AV and take on her first role within the AV industry! As our new Administrative Assistant, Kellie provides general administration support for all of our clients and coordinates service offerings and appointments. With a focus on building meaningful relationships with those she works with (customer and co-workers alike), Kellie brings to Hillman AV a strong work ethic and an enthusiasm for continual growth and life-long learning. Outside of the office, Kellie loves spending time with her Fiancé Regan, her two sons Max and Asher, and Golden Retriever/Jack Russell mix Cocoa. When she was younger, she thought she would be a famous singer one day but sadly, she realized a good voice was a strict requirement for that job.
Logistics Coordinator
Utilizing her background in sales and as an electrician, Darby handles procurement of equipment, inventory management, and making sure everything is running seamlessly behind the scenes at Hillman AV. She is motivated, detail-orientated, and prides herself on being a quick study. Outside of the office, she can be found playing video games, creating digital art, and has the amazing ability to nap anytime, anywhere (though you definitely won’t find her falling asleep on the job).
Integrated Systems Designer
Applying industry-based experience from various perspectives, Kahl provides the technical expertise to ensure our solutions are functional and align with our client’s expectations. He identifies possible impediments and works collaboratively with our team as a whole to achieve results that best serve our clients. An international traveler, having traveled to 4 different continents, Kahl also enjoys gardening, PC gaming, and holds 11 Saskatchewan Provincial Championships and 6 Canadian National Championships in the sport of Trapshooting.
Integrated Systems Programmer
Using his expansive industry knowledge, Adetokunbo provides dynamic solutions for our partners, ensuring they are supported from the initial design process through the completion of the install. With his focus on continued personal growth and development, he uses his experience to better inform and guide our partners to the best solutions for their individual needs. Adetokunbo enjoys spending time with his family, playing outdoor soccer, and serving as an active member of his church.
Service Technician
As Hillman AV’s Service Manager, Stephen focuses on keeping our clients happy, engaged, and their systems fully operational after the job is completed. Stephen’s love of studying everything he becomes interested in allows him to bring perspectives from different industries or trades to help our projects succeed. A self-proclaimed nerd, he loves playing video games, table top strategy games, and Dungeons and Dragons.
